"Sonographers work with a SOUND mind"

The Greater Kansas City Society of Ultrasonographers (GKCSU) is a non-profit organization dedicated to ultrasound education. GKCSU strives to provide support, encouragement, and a superior academic environment for ultrasonographers in Kansas City and surrounding areas. The Society offers continuing medical education credits to registered sonographers by offering members up to 12 category A CME points per year through educational seminars.


The Society strongly supports the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) as the credentialing agency for sonographers, and strongly encourages individual support of the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SDMS).
