The SDMS Educational Foundation offers grants for the SDMS Annual conference to current SDMS sonographer members. To qualify for a grant, the following guidelines apply:

1. must be SDMS Active members,
2. Have been Registered by ARDMS for at least one year,
3. Register for the entire conference, and
4. Provide a letter from his/her employer (on institutional/company letterhead) indicating that time will be provided for the sonographer to attend the conference and employer does not provide funding for continuing education
5. Grant application must be received in the SDMS Educational Foundation office by July 31.

SDMS Annual Conference grant recipients will be selectd on a first-come, first-served basis. The sonographer grants are $350.

Grant funds will be mailed to grant recipients upon verification of completion of the conference.
